PRICING
Our pricing is based on day of the week and includes the entirety of the venue spaces with the exception of the Airbnb. We do not provide any food or beverage. You are able to bring any of your own alcoholic beverages and we highly recommend one of our bartenders during your event. The Airbnb space can be booked separately via "Airbnb" tab.
Intimate Wedding Package
The Package is $5000. We have included all your basics to get you started. Access to the venue from 9am - 11pm. Time for a scheduled 2 hour rehearsal, Ceremony set up and tear down, Tables and Chairs for up to 100 guests, Black, White or Gray linens for tables, Choice between 2 sets of 12 centerpieces, Cake, Gift and Head Table, 2 Table Skirts, Easel for Welcome Sign, 2 Decorative Lanterns, 3 High top Tables Indoors, 3 High-top Tables for Outdoors, Floral Arrangements, Bartender for 6 hours, 1 Drink Cart that includes 3 canisters & 250 cups, Bridal Suite, Kitchen / prep & separate entrance for caterers, 1 Backdrop indoor or outdoor, Outdoor Photo Frame, BoHo Seating Area, Yard Games, 2 Rock Top Heaters, Facility Assistance and Parking attendant for 1st hour.
* The Fairfield County Sales & Use tax of 6.75% will be applied to all bookings.
Wedding Pricing
All Wedding Bookings Include: Access to all area of the venue ( indoor & oudoor). 60-inch round tables, White Contoured Folding Chairs, Gift Table, Cake Table / Buffet Tables as needed. Setup of venue per your event specifications, Clean-up after event, 2 Walk-throughs of venue prior to wedding.

* A Ceremony Fee of $300 will be added to weddings with ceremony set-up separate from reception set-up.
* A 15% service charge will be added to all bookings once final event contact is confirmed.
Elope Pricing
$2100 plus tax. Whether you're planning an intimate moment or a personalized getaway, our elopement service package is tailored to meet your specific desires. 7 hours / up to 25 guests indoor or outside. Includes: Dessert-snacks, Photos (maximum of 50) Tables & Chairs, Linens, Flower Decor, Officiate, Champagne or Sparkling Grape, Champagne Flutes, Iced Tea, Lemonade & Water, Plates & Glasses, Serving Utensils, Back Drop (Inside or Outside), Background Music, Easel for Welcome Sign, Sweetheart & Dessert Tables, Buffet Area for Dessert & Snacks, Cleaning Included. (Additional guests are $25.00 per guests)
Non-Wedding Pricing
Our venue is available for gatherings during the week days from 9am to 11pm. Non wedding functions have a minimum booking of 4 hours required for $300 and $50 per hour after 4 hours including set-up and tear-down time. Available Add-ons include: Black, White, or Gray Table Liners, Indoor or Outdoor High Top Tables, Choose between 2 sets of 12 centerpieces, Rustic Door Backdrop Decor, Ceremony Backdrops. Ask about options.

Celebration of Life
Let our venue serve as the perfect site for your reception of your loved ones memorial service. We can set up and allow you to celebrate the life and remembrance with family & friends. $900 + tax. Includes 6 hours including setup between the hours of 10am-9pm, Tables & Chairs (125 guests), Black table linens & table skirts, Centerpieces, 3 bar top tables, Guest speaker or Eulogist, 2 flower bouquets for viewing table, Easel for memorial or pictures, Refreshments included (water, sweet tea & lemonade), Buffet area provided for guests to bring a dish to share. Plates, cups, silverware provided (clear in color)
